Want to create a great impact on your customers’ minds? Table tents are the best option of promoting your business. If you want to let your consumers know about the brand, event, products and services that you are offering, then place your two-sided or 3 sided tent card in areas where you think that it will be noticed more. To make your table tents more noticeable, choose colors and designs that can attract people at the first glimpse. Sometimes, printing companies offer the great variety of two-sided or 3 sided table tent printing by charging higher amounts. With Microsoft Word, now you can design your own table tents. These table tents will not only cost less, but you will save huge costs in future especially if your business has to organize seminars, conferences and other events on the frequent basis. Here, we are going to explain some simple steps of how to design your tent cards in Word.

Three Sided Table Tent Printing
  • Open a new document in Microsoft Word.
  • In “Search for online templates”, type “tent” and press “Enter.” A gallery comprising the table tent templates will be displayed in your Word version. Select the template that you want to use and click “Download.” Your selected template will open as a separate Word document.
  • In the first section of the template, select the text in the text box. Over the sample text, write your desired text. Similarly, in corresponding text boxes, add your preferred content. Usually, these tent card templates have four segments. These segments allow the user to print two-sided table tents. You are also given a delete option in which you can remove excessive text boxes by clicking the delete option.
  • You can customize the tent cards by changing their background. By selecting the “Format” or “Page Layout” menu according to your Word version, you can change the background or page color by filling effects or colors.
  • By clicking “Save As” option, you can select the location where you want to save your Word file. Choose a file name and then click “Save.”
Once the whole process is complete, you can imprint the document on a high-quality card stock. Cut your printed table tents from the dotted line and then fold them on solid lines.
